Includes assistance with demand forecasting as well as providing product and market insights to New Business/Product Development AccountabilitiesDevelop and monitor product marketing, launch strategies to ensure alignment with local legislation and regulatory standards and maximum return on investment.Develop and monitor sales forecasting for all products and train sales staff on product knowledge to ensure achievement of sales goals.Manage, organize and participate in all national and international congress/conventions to develop relationship with key stakeholders and exchange of information on Cipla products & new treatments/disease.Analyse and share data on market intelligence, product performance and product strategy to monitor product performance/sales and ensure effective decision making.Develop and manage relationship with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with local legislation and best practices for adequate promotion and placement of Cipla products.A detailed job description will be made available on requestEducation QualificationDegree in marketing3 - 5 years of experience in marketing & sales within the pharmaceutical industry.Analytical skills with creative business insights, ability to multi-task, take independent decisions and good social skills.
