Marketing Manager PositionA digital solutions agency has an exciting job opportunity available for an experienced Marketing Manager at their offices in Pretoria East.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and transferring skills while managing a portfolio of projects. This role offers an opportunity for continuous learning and growth as you navigate dynamic marketing landscapes.You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategies, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful campaigns across various channels.This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire teams while being open to learning and adapting on the job.Key Performance Areas include:Develop and oversee the implementation of an overarching marketing strategy that covers all media and communications channels.Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Oversee and manage several cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.Allocate the marketing budget and other resources to ensure maximum cost-efficiency.Develop and implement marketing communications materials (videos, newsletters, digital tools, social media content, etc.).Desired Experience & QualificationHonours degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.Minimum of 5 years marketing experience working in a multinational environment.Proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.Experience with Marketing Reporting with a focus on Analytics - very important.At least 2 years' experience in managing teams.Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive marketing decisions.Technical experience required:Technology Stack: Notion / Metricool / Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager / Google Ads / LinkedIn / LinkedIn Ads / LinkedIn Sales Navigator / WordPress / Elementor / Jira and Confluence.Package & RemunerationAnnual Cost To CompanyInterested?If you meet all the requirements specified above and are interested in furthering the process, kindly send your detailed CV to Patricia Jacobs at ******.
