They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join this team!Role Overview:As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
You'll work closely with various teams to ensure seamless marketing and deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and oversee marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.Conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze competitors.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, driving continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.Create and own content for all platforms (LinkedIn, email marketing, etc).Qualifications:3+ years of experience in marketing.Proven track record of successfully managing campaigns and driving growth.Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Experience at a technology or consulting business is preferred.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Additional Information:This role is remote, but requires the applicant to be based in Cape Town.
