Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute the annual marketing strategy, budget, and advertising plansConduct in-depth research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategiesDrive product and market development initiatives
Oversee the growth and performance of all social media channelsManage and optimize all digital, display, and PPC campaigns to ensure effectivenessDevelop and implement successful strategies for all social media platformsCollaborate with external media representatives such as journalists, bloggers, and production houses to secure coverage for the organizationLead public relations efforts, ensuring positive brand image and messagingProvide market analysis and reporting to measure and improve performanceManage and lead the E-Learning department, ensuring smooth operations and high team performanceRequirements: Diploma, Bachelors or Honours in Marketing
At least 10 years of experience in the Tourism sector
Proven track record in managing and leading teams, with a strategic mindsetExcellent communication and organizational skills
