As our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and executing campaigns that captivate and engage our target audience. Your strategic vision and leadership will be essential in crafting and implementing marketing strategies that align with our business goals and deliver measurable results.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain the company's brand strategy, including messaging, visual identity, and tone.Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans and strategies that align with our company objectives.Create compelling customer engagements and touch points which reflect our understanding of why each customer wants to connect with us.Marketing and Brand:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and sales to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.Lead product launches, working closely with the product team to define positioning, design, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.Optimize marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.Outline product marketing plan deployment timelines.Go-to-market messaging – keeping all stakeholders (external and internal) up to date on the current product messaging and value propositions.Create, present, and publish content (campaign decks) in support of product launches and campaign strategies.Create, coordinate, and update all company-related branding assets (company collateral).Ensure the integrity and consistency of all company branding is applied both internally and externally.Ensure that our brands (company and product) consistently reflect the values of our business.Customer Engagement:Optimize all online user experiences with specific focus on our digital acquisition processes.Track, interpret, and provide feedback on our consumer online engagement behaviors.Identify, monitor, and analyze customer experience metrics to ascertain areas of improvement.Use web analytics tools to monitor and report on customer behaviors and event triggers.Educate our customers on our industry, company, and product-related content.Marketing Analytics:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in product marketing.Provide actionable insights and make recommendations on product and process improvements, where necessary.Use web analytics tools to measure and optimize the return on the effectiveness of campaigns and all media platforms spend metrics.Use web analytics to track and analyze user behavior, and make data-driven recommendations for improving brand experience and marketing campaigns.Stay up to date on Business Messaging Platforms and communications trends (competitor analysis – looking to identify and test new digital channels and tools).Team Management:Form part of the Company's Manco Team (management committee team).Manage the Marketing team including consultants, this includes all elements of recruitment, training, and performance management.Determine skill, competency, and capacity gaps and implement action plans to remediate as required.Determine and manage department budgets.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Certifications and experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics and/or Meta Ads.Experience with CRM or any other systems such as Hubspot, Active Campaigns and/or Mailchimp.5-8 years of management experience in senior product and digital marketing roles.Proven record of accomplishment of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.A demonstrated record of accomplishment and ethos of Customer Centricity and Action Orientation.Being a thought leader with strong data analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Keen sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.Excellent team and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels within an organization.In-depth knowledge and experience in the usage of social media platforms to optimize marketing opportunities.Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.Strong organizational and managerial/leadership skills.
