Job Summary:
As the Marketing Manager at MCE Electric, you will lead the marketing team in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive sales growth. Your role will focus on both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, market analysis, and ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the marketing team, consisting of a Web Designer, Graphic Designer, and Multimedia Content Creator, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email marketing, SEO strategies, and content marketing.
Manage advertising and promotional campaigns in coordination with external agencies.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
Plan and manage marketing budgets to optimise return on investment.
Coordinate with the Sales, Technical and Procurement Departments to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.
Organise and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Prepare marketing reports, track performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Diploma in Graphic Designing and Web Designing.
Experience:At least 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a product-based or distribution environment.
Digital Marketing Expertise:Proficiency in managing digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media advertising, etc.).
Technical Skills:Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Project Management:Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, with a track record of delivering results within deadlines.
Leadership:Proven experience leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, with strong people management skills.
