Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Custodian - "Owner" of Brand Book - Ensuring constant messaging across all platforms - Ensuring that all branded output is in line with Auria brand standards in terms of design, language, messaging etc - Ensure positioning of Auria as THE trusted expert on Senior Living 2. Social Media - Build brand awareness on social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin) - Schedule posts of interest and monitor feedback - Manage Auria community pages and grow penetration within resident and family base - Conception and Management of specific marketing campaigns 3. Communications / Content - External PR i. Liaison with PR agencies ii. Assisting in writing articles and distribution thereof iii. PR plans in conjunction with agencies - External Waiting List i. Ensuring regular communications to waiting lists, on subjects of interest ii. Ensuring communications format and messaging is on brand - Internal Staff & Residents i. Working with Community Managers to ensure regular and adequate communication to staff and residents via email, whatsapp etc ii. Formulation and Execution of resident greeting cards, gift tags etc etc iii. Resident Brand Marketing Calender eg gifting, mothers days etc etc iv. Ensuring communications format and messaging is on brand - Newsletter i. Management of Design of newlsetter 4. Website - Content and Copywriting - Layout and Design - Updating with news, PR outcomes, newsletters etc - SEO and lead generation 5. Sales Campaigns - Conception of Sales Campaigns for communities, encompassing i. Marketing collateral ii. Launch strategies iii. PR campaigns iv. etc 6. Budget Setting and Control - Ownership of annual marketing budget 7. Management of External Service Providers - Management of design and brand agencies, copywriters, strategic advisors, social media managers, web developers etc to achieve the above objectives.
