Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at MoreCorp, a leading organization in the sports and leisure industry. The ideal candidate is a marketing graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience, a passion for sports, particularly golf, and a creative mindset. As the Marketing Manager for MoreCorp Membership Businesses, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive membership growth, visitor participation, game improvement and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase membership acquisition, retention, and engagement for MoreCorp's membership businesses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify opportunities for business growth and improvements in marketing strategies.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Passion for sports, particularly golf, is essential.
