Optimizing growth and profitability within the unit.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor of Science (preferably in Nursing) or equivalent qualificationMarketing qualification preferableMarketing or Brand management experience in the Blood Business Unit EssentialKnowledge of or working with SANBS an advantageKnowledge of Project management an advantageOverview of Duties (not limited to):Implementation of division marketing strategiesAnalysis of regional sales, competitor and market share data, develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potentialIQVIA / IMS Data intermediate / super user, understanding, interpretationManagement of resources i.e. budget, stock, time, systems, sales toolsTo develop and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure continuous brand loyalty and advocacyDevelop customer proposal / presentation for communication and implementationIn-depth understanding of regional and national trends and customer dynamicsProactive actions to prevent potential threats to business resultsUnderstand customer practices and prescribing habitsRespond to customer requests and resolve regional issues timeouslyCoach and develop the sales representativesFrequent customer visits with and without product specialistsAnalysis and monthly reporting on team performanceMonitor and develop action plans to correct underperformanceManage field force effectiveness measureClosing date : 14 July 2024
