This role will be instrumental in the implementation of our wine tourism strategy, with a focus on digital and content marketing as well as trade relations management. Reporting to the Wine Tourism Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:Website and social media managementContent creation and curationDigital marketingTravel trade relationsCampaign coordinationBrand alignmentAnalytics and reportingAdministrative tasksAd hoc marketing tasksREQUIREMENTSA relevant Degree in Marketing, Communication, or an equivalent qualification.2+ years' experience in digital marketing, campaign management or in a similar environment.Proficiency in website management (WordPress or similar platforms) and social media marketing.Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook ads).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.Knowledge of/or exposure to the South African Wine and Travel industry would be advantageous.Strong administrative and project management skills.Good planning, organising, and time management skills.Attention to detail.Strong presentation skills with experience in engaging stakeholders.A positive, energetic, professional, and assertive individual.Ability to conduct regular trade presentations and develop itineraries.Willingness to represent the brand at industry events, outside the standard office hours when required.Valid driver's license (own vehicle).South Africa Wine considers all applications in terms of its Employment Equity Plan.
