This role includes strategizing, preparing, and executing our company's marketing and promotional strategies and activities, both online and offline. This role requires a manager to multi-task, make informed and resourceful decisions regarding outsourcing services, and most importantly create roll-out plans and be deadline driven.Responsibilities IncludeOutsourcing agencies/services to assist with our websites, print, online and offlineManaging these outsource agencies to ensure:Website SEO, Maintenance & updates & ImprovementsWebsite Google AdsDeveloping Social Media Monthly Campaigns and Rollouts and executing accordingly.Creating weekly advertsWeekly boosts of the adsRunning MarketplaceWhatsApp AdvertisingOffline Touch PointsSignage: new artwork and printing for building signage, billboards, print, Trucks/TarpsIn-store touch points; fabric books, swing tags, etc.Designing Or Outsourcing Design Work TimeouslyDesigning and creating new catalogues for print and digitalDesigning new pull up bannersDesigning monthly newsletter adverts sent out as email campaignsDesigning large banners for shows - the pop up self standing bannersPossible adding/redeveloping swing tags - adding in new copy etc.Writing copy for training manual and FabsUpdating designing new business cardsCreating new content across the board - setting up photoshoots, videoshoots etc.Keeping databases updated regularlyFollowing In-house Processes Such AsPO Requisitions, Payment requisitions, IT requisitions, and more...Campaign debriefings, weekly catch upsWorking in office hoursRequirements IncludeMinimum Tertiary QualificationHigh School Matric CertificateMinimum 3-5 Years Experience in a Marketing/Design positionCopywriting is a huge bonus.Graphic Designer experience also a huge bonus.Highly skilled and knowledgeable with computersEfficient and skilled with ExcelGood Communication Skills and Great people skillsOutstanding organizational skillsMust take own initiative and get jobs done - can't be micro-managedMust be able to multi-task multiple campaigns/projectsDeadline Driven is a must!Desired SkillsMarketingDesigningDesired Work Experience2 to 5 yearsDesired Qualification LevelDiplomaSeniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: Government Administration
