The successful candidate will oversee marketing efforts across various areas of our business, including Ops, BD, and overall DLK group needs. From enhancing our digital presence to leveraging latest industry trends and creating engaging marketing content, this role is essential in driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation for DLK Group.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy for increased visibility and traffic across all DLK social sites.Coordinate information flow and dissemination according to the overall marketing plan/strategy.Manage our email and digital communication plan in collaboration with the CRM, Business Development, and technical team.Set up bulk email processes.Oversee digital marketing channels such as the website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising for optimal reach and engagement.Lead the development of company-wide social media management standards and policies.Generate new leads through various marketing techniques.Work with Business Development to enhance organic search engine performance and goal setting.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and inform marketing efforts.Mentor and provide training on social media best practices to all DLK team members.Manage the company's social media profiles and content calendar.Integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns.Develop content and manage communications across various social media platforms.Monitor and evaluate marketing performance to optimize strategies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Basic understanding of Canva and graphic design.Experience with various marketing tools.Experience in the ICT sector.Tech-savvy with knowledge of market research and analytics.Up-to-date with online marketing trends and best practices.Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills and on-camera presentation abilities.Creative thinking and content development skills.Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
