Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in creating engaging written and visual content for company's social media platforms.
Assist with managing and updating the content calendar for social media.
Assist with managing social accounts by posting, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics under the guidance of the Marketing Coordinator.
Capture high-quality photos and videos at client events, consumer activations, internal events to showcase the brand.
Provide administrative support to marketing team and business teams.
Assist with souring supplier and managing orders and inventory for promotional items.
Manage promotional items stock levels and maintain an organized storeroom for promotional items.
Assist with compiling pitch decks for business.
Keep abreast with industry trends and competitor activity.
Proactively share ideas.
Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills.
Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
Photography/videography skills would be great.
Creative mindset, collaborative spirit and 'Can Do' attitude.
