Our vision for the Marketing & Design Assistant is to support the marketing and design teams to ensure that marketing initiatives and design projects are well-organized, and executed effectively. To create marketing elements and execute campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales. To design research reports, presentations and skills development material on time and to the brief.

Qualification & Experience:

Marketing Degree essential
1-2 years marketing experience advantageous, Microsoft Office knowledge with expert knowledge of PowerPoint is essential, Adobe product suite – i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign advantageous.

Skills, Abilities, Competencies:

Sound knowledge of marketing principles
Proficiency in digital marketing with strong knowledge of the LinkedIn platform is essential
Strong project management abilities and time management to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good knowledge of and experience in social media management
Experience in design layout of reports, publications and presentations
Design skills in marketing and sales collateral with a good understanding of publication layout and processes (print & digital)
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate and present ideas and concepts to key stakeholders
Sense of curiosity and the desire for continuous improvement
Ability to innovate and think creatively
Strong interpersonal skills with a high EQ to be make a positive impact in a team
Open-minded with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels in the business
Above average communication skills and the ability to provide timeous feedback on projects
Ability to multi-task - work on more than one project at a time - an deliver excellence under pressure
Desire to understand the needs of the client and deliver projects to meet those needs

Key Responsibilities:
Brand, Product Marketing and PR

Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
Create and deliver marketing collateral - banners, one-pagers, product brochures, etc.
Execute PR campaigns
Develop and continuously improve the Ti Sales Toolkit
Create and manage sales toolkit elements - Creds Deck, client presentations etc.
Be responsible for the sourcing, production and stock management of Ti client gifting and branded items
Set-up and monitor tracking systems for Marketing campaigns and activities
Conduct, source and analyse research to support the generation of Marketing and Product material

Digital Marketing

Execute digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing and content marketing
Execute leads generation initiatives
Upload content and marketing elements on Ti Social Media Platforms

Product, presentation and marketing collateral design

Execute design layouts for research reports, presentations, brand and marketing elements, and digital publishing platforms
Own and manage the Ti image library and select and place images in digital and print publications that enhance the content
Create designed elements - icons, diagrams, charts and tables etc.
Develop and execute content for the Ti website and social media ads
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and deliver assigned design projects

Administration and Support

Co-ordinate requests from various stakeholders based on support and/or queries
Partner with key stakeholders in the project planning process
Provide support for internal and external events as required
Update and maintain the Ti Master Database
Support market research and competitive analysis and identify and share trends and best practice in industry
Ensure understanding of the CRM system functionality and reporting for updating and reporting purposes
