IntroductionAs a Marketing Analyst, you'll join the Insights department, reporting to the Head of Insights. Your role will involve supporting the Marketing Team with all data and analytics needs, working closely with the Marketing Director and Brand Managers. You'll produce thought-provoking reports, data-centric annual brand plans, and insightful quarterly marketing plans, driving strategic growth and success for our brands. Additionally, you'll ensure the Marketing Team is trained on critical BI tools and champion their accuracy and relevance within a big data landscape.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing Team and the wider business with data analytics, reporting, and insights.Work with the Marketing Director and Brand Managers to produce analytical dashboards and reports.Train the Marketing Team on critical BI tools and champion their use within the business.Collaborate with the Head of Insights to support the business in achieving KPIs through data analysis and strategic projects.Skills and CompetenciesRobust statistical, analytical, and data visualization skills.Passion for data analysis and storytelling through numbers.Exceptional track record of developing world-class dashboards and reports.Ability to draw insights from multiple information sources and present them effectively to different audiences.Experience working with Marketing teams on brand planning, marketing activities, and cyclical workflows.Solid understanding of the FMCG product marketplace, particularly brand marketing and commercial levers.Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.Ability to prioritize workflows and strong organizational skills.Flexibility and agility to work across various data resources and BI platforms.Attention to detail and proactive work ethic.Comfortable operating in a deadline-driven environment.Desired Experience & QualificationDegree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or equivalent.5+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Insights, or a similar role.FMCG experience; Beverage Alcohol industry experience preferred.Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Pyramid, Power BI, Qlik).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Data modeling/SQL experience is advantageous.Package & Remuneration720 p/a including benefits
