Collaborate on campaigns, refine strategies, and align efforts with overall marketing goals.Responsibilities:Implement and optimize CRM automation workflows.Conduct in-depth customer segmentation analysis.Collaborate on designing and executing targeted campaigns.Utilize data to track key performance indicators.Work closely with CRM specialists and managers for alignment.Minimum Requirements:Only CVs in English will be considered.Degree in Marketing or a related field.Previous experience in CRM automation and marketing segmentation.Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools.Strong data analysis skills with a focus on key performance indicators.Collaborative mindset with the ability to align strategies with overall marketing goals.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Good home office working environment.This is a remote full-time position.
