In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, content creation, social media support and coordination of marketing activities. Minimum Requirements:Senior Certificate, Relevant Diploma/Degree, or an equivalent qualification3 years marketing experienceProficient with MS OfficeExcellent analytical and problemsolving abilitiesGood communication skills across a range of levels in the business Key Responsibilities:Co-manage Company Group websites, refining content, updating as required, and optimising for lead generation; oversee execution and track performanceManage and oversee Group social media pages, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance monitoringPlan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet set goals and KPIs; provide detailed performance reportsManage and oversee all paid media initiatives for the Group, including budget allocation, campaign setup, optimization, and ROI analysisManage and oversee all prospect marketing emails via the email marketing system, including segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance analysisProvide accessible marketing materials to the sales team; oversee the creation and editing of compelling marketing copy that aligns with brand guidelinesManage the Companys corporate brand style and ensure compliance with corporate marketing collateral requirements for look, feel, and tone of voiceCultivate and manage relationships with external agencies and consultants; coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiativesPlan, coordinate, and execute webinars, seminars, and other marketing events; manage promotion, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-upManage and update marketing project plans; track progress, ensure deadlines are met, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholdersProvide continuous support outside of traditional business hours as needed to address urgent issues or meet project deadlines To apply for this role, please forward a detailed copy of your CV to Nicole Spamers:
