Marketing Coordinator

To coordinate all marketing related and corporate social responsibility initiatives; brand awareness, communication (internal/external), marketing strategies or campaigns together with the Group Marketing and Communications Officer for 3C Metal.
CSR responsibilities entail the alignment of the brand identity, values and its socio-economic commitment to that of positively impacting on the societal needs of different communities by driving the implementation of social corporate responsibility initiatives.Marketing Responsibilities:Research and compare costs for internal campaigns, gifts, and promotional items.Manage events, including liaising with organizers, stand setup, and promotional material coordination.Organize staff conferences, workshops, and events.Coordinate client/prospect photo and video shoots.Assist with copywriting for various communication channels (mailers, social media, brochures).Compile monthly marketing reports and presentations.Support employee onboarding with branded items and communications.Oversee promotional items and corporate clothing design/distribution.Liaise with service providers to ensure brand consistency and deadlines.Update email signatures and website content.Maintain electronic and physical notice boards with company information.Perform general administrative tasks for the marketing department.Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Responsibilities:Research and prioritize focus areas for CSR initiatives.Develop and execute an annual CSR calendar.Establish and manage SLAs for all CSR programs.Oversee project design and adherence by NGOs.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.Implement, manage, and report on CSR projects with NGOs.Monitor CSR initiatives for compliance with audits and BBBEE requirements.Evaluate and report the impact of CSR initiatives.Manage relationships with NGOs and partners, ensuring budget compliance and timely disbursements.ProfileJob Skills:Understanding of Canva and Survey Monkey or similar tools (advantageous).Own vehicle and South African Drivers' License.3 or more years' experience in marketing, communication or branding preferable.Strong administrative, communication, organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.Tertiary Marketing or Public Relations qualification or equivalent.Relevant experience in Corporate Social Responsibility and related environment.Experience in project management will be an added advantage.CountrySouth AfricaLocationMinimum level of education required:Technical qualifications / Industrial Training Institute
