JOB PURPOSEThe Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in planning, executing and managing marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence, attract clients and contribute to the overall growth of the company. The incumbent is required to blend creative thinking with strategic marketing efforts in a dynamic industry.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Strategy and Planning Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Participate in the creation of annual marketing plans, campaign calendars and promotional activities.Content Creation and Management Manage content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging across platformsDigital Marketing Execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, paid advertising and search engine optimization Monitor and analyse website traffic, engagement and conversion rates optimize online presence.Brand Management Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency in visual elements, tone and messaging. Collaborate with designers to create branded marketing materials, presentations and collateral.Events Coordination Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, conferences, webinars and seminars Manage event logistics, invitations, registrations and postevent followupMarket Research and Analysis Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape and opportunities for growth Analyse market data and customer insights to make informed marketing decisionsClient Engagement Support client engagement initiatives by developing client communication materials, surveys and feedback mechanisms Asist in maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized engagementMarketing Analytics and Reporting Track and analyse key marketing metrics, generating reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysisBudget Management Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expense and ensuring costeffective allocation of resources.Cross-Functional Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance and consulting, to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goalsREQUIREMENTSMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS At least 23 years' experience in the Marketing field.MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification.REQUIRED SKILLS Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms and marketing automation software Excellent written and verbal communication skill, with an emphasis on crafting compelling content Creative thinking and an eye for design, with the ability to collaborate with graphic designers Analytical mindset, with experience in in data analysis and reporting Event planning and coordination experience is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills Adaptability to changing priorities, industry trends and evolving marketing strategiesCORE COMPETENCIES Creative Thinking Collaboration Problemsolving Attention to details Time management Design Collaboration Client engagement Marketing Strategy Content Creation Brand Management Digital MarketingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: R12, R15,000.00 per monthEducation: Bachelors (required)Experience: Marketing: 2 years (required)Ability to Commute: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal (required)Ability to Relocate: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Relocate before starting work (required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
