Marketing Coordinator

The suitable candidates main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Marketing Campaign Coordination:Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of comprehensive marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels.Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.Project Management:Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing projects, including campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.Work with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and external agencies, to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project progress, address potential challenges, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, even in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Event Planning and Execution:Coordinate the logistics and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and sponsorships, ensuring seamless event planning and successful delivery.Liaise with external vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure that events align with marketing goals and maintain brand integrity.Content and Digital Marketing Support:Collaborate with the content and digital marketing teams to develop and optimize marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.Assist in managing and updating the companys digital presence, ensuring all online content is current, relevant, and aligned with marketing objectives.Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using key performance metrics to measure success and provide actionable insights.Prepare and present reports to the C-suite, highlighting the impact of marketing initiatives on business objectives. Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: ?Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.8-10 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or related roles within a corporate or agency environment.Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and high-stakes projects.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed, with a no-clock-watching attitude.
