Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Marketing Coordinator to drive the execution of our marketing strategy and help establish the brand.
This role is ideal for a passionate individual with experience in marketing tangible product lines and a deep understanding of the adventure touring motorcycle segment.
Key Responsibilities: Traffic Generation: Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic to the website through promotional activities, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
Advocate Recruitment: Identify and recruit advocates and influencers using social media, forums, and creative outreach methods.
Manage and grow advocate relationships with regular engagement.
Social Media Management: Manage and expand social media presence, including responding to YouTube comments, leveraging video content, and engaging with the community authentically.
Dealer Growth and Support: Maintain strong relationships with top dealers through regular calls and create promotional materials to ensure presence.
E-commerce Optimization: Manage reviews on reseller channels like Revzilla and Amazon.
Improve the customer experience and optimize ad campaigns for these platforms.
Video Content Coordination: Collaborate on video production, including installation guides, emotional storytelling, and technical breakdowns.
Optimize content distribution for maximum engagement.
Content Creation: Consistently create high-quality marketing collateral, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media updates, and direct mail pieces.
Strategy Collaboration: Work with company directors to conceptualize ad campaigns and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications: Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with tangible product lines.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent writing and communication skills for creating engaging content.
Passion for adventure touring motorcycles and familiarity with ADV Rider forums.
Preferred Experience: Photography and video production skills.
Ability to ride motorcycles or experience in the powersports industry.
Familiarity with outdoor activities like camping and hiking.
Experience with Gantt charts or tools like Smartsheet.
What Success Looks Like: Increased traffic and engagement across the website and social media channels.
Authentic and impactful relationships with advocates, influencers, and dealers.
High-quality, engaging content that resonates with the adventure touring community.
