The Marketing Coordinator (Canaan College) will support the Marketing Manager (Edinvest) with the execution of marketing strategies for Canaan College and will be responsible for lead generation and lead nurturing for the campus.Key responsibilities:Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing the school's marketing plan.Utilising the creative asset toolkit, develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements to support marketing initiatives.Plan and coordinate school events, such as open days, family days and fun days.Develop and implement Field Marketing Activations – eg. shopping centre activations, community events, etc.Manage logistics, marketing, and promotional activities for events.Maintain relationships with ECD centres, local community organizations and businesses to drive leads.Conduct information sessions and campus tours to showcase the school's offerings.Maintain communication with prospective students / parents through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings;Providing information, answering questions, and guiding them through the application and enrolment process.Work with the Marketing Manager to manage the leads database using the identified CRM system.Work with the Marketing Manager to conduct market research to identify current parent / guardian and broader target audience needs and perceptions.Ensure consistency in the school's branding and messaging across all platforms.Work closely with the various cross functional departments, including the school principals to gather content and coordinate marketing efforts.Coordinate with external vendors for printing, production, and other marketing services required.Along with the Marketing Manager, develop and execute an alumni programme.Report on performance against key objectives for marketing initiatives, to assess effectiveness.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Marketing or related field.Previous experience in a marketing role.Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.Familiarity with traditional marketing channels (e.g. events and out of home).Familiarity with digital marketing channels preferable.Experience in event planning and coordination.Experience with graphic design software.Knowledge of market research techniques.Experience working with external vendors and contractors.Experience in maintaining brand consistency across various marketing materials and platforms.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.A genuine passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.Prior school / education marketing experience preferable.
