Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing and establishing new clientsMaintaining business relationshipsMaintain a strong customer service attitudeAssist and resolve queries in the operations and accounts department as requiredDeveloping and presenting proposals for potential and existing clientsProviding training and assisting customers with the Company track and online websiteAchieving monthly budgets for both existing and new businessCompleting daily CRM reportsEnsure all clients are visited within 40 daysGrow existing business and cross-sell with existing clientsAssist the debtors department with collection of outstanding monies as requiredPrinting of waybills and labels if requiredInnovating new business opportunitiesGeneral contribution towards the sales teamAssistance in the customer service department as requiredDealing with all relevant warehouse queries in a friendly and courteous mannerEnsure that timely quotes are given to all customers and that they are accurate and up to dateKnowledge, Skills, and AttributesKnowledge: Knowledge of Company standards and procedures, processes, and systemsSkills: Communication skills, telephone etiquette, technical competence, creative thinking, detail-oriented, customer service driven, computer skillsAttributes: Organised, fast thinker, problem solver, hard-working, reliable, and integrityMinimum RequirementsNQF Level as Minimum Requirement: Level 4 Equivalent to Standard 10 / Grade 124 - 5 Years Sales / Marketing Experience in Road Freight / Logistics IndustryDrivers License Code 8Seniority LevelMid-Senior level
