With the guidance of the Head of Marketing, responsible for implementing integrated multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns to meet schools' enrolment objectives.Work with the central team in the UK office, to brief all paid digital campaigns, brief website projects and updates, as well as brief artwork and creative projects to the internal design studio.Work with various campaign management and performance tools, for project management and campaign measurement purposes.Work with local suppliers such as the PR agency, printers, and media agency partners to support marketing efforts.Specific focus on digital marketing – especially paid channels and aligning with the social media specialist on organic content.To clearly communicate (with stakeholder input) each school's key USPs on marketing collateral and campaigns.Execute short- and long-term performance marketing plans, including, but not limited to, digital marketing, public relations, special events, advertising, and other promotional strategies to support the schools.Liaise and co-ordinate with colleagues to ensure all marketing materials across the school are current, relevant, and consistently comply with brand guidelines.Manage agencies/suppliers and liaise with internal stakeholders to produce appropriate marketing and communications material to support and promote events and school, including newsletters, social media advertising, brochures, print adverts, application forms, etc.Research, Analysis and ReportingRegularly monitor and assess key measurable statistics & data, so that marketing plans and initiatives can be adapted to drive ROI (this may include Admissions data, market research analysis and/or Google analytics for example).Keep abreast of best marketing practice (within the educational sector).Source and analyse customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information as appropriate.Stakeholder support and engagementProvide school administration and enrolment teams timeously with material, stats and tools needed to drive leads for them to convert to enrolments.Work together with schools/Heads to develop and deliver open day/info evening/enrolment driving activities.Track and monitor leads generated after open day campaigns.Visit schools to ensure that we are accessible to them and communicate regularly with admissions and heads.Reputation Management and CommunicationsWorking with the Head of Marketing, PR agency and schools to co-ordinate and deliver a proactive public relations plan to promote the schools in the local community and press.Develop and lead a positive public relations campaign around key brand and enrolment drivers – including liaising with local press.QualificationsMinimum 5 years' experience working in Marketing and/or Communications.University Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing / Communications or similar.A native or near native level of spoken and written English.Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, negotiation & team working skills.Ability to work at own pace and manage multiple priorities.Ability to maintain calm in difficult or stressful situations.Good organization skills and ability to prioritize.Obsessive attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
