Key Performance Areas:Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.Social Media Management - Content: Development, Compile & Copywriting / editing (social media, email, newsletters, projects, etc.) Research National Related Trends & Industry / Market Related Trends and implementation.Competitor Analysis - per brand.Campaign/Brand Management Support - CMO strategy implementation.Feedback and task management - and can work under pressure.Reporting and Analysis.Event Coordination - conferences, expos, etc.Effective teamwork and self-management (requires minimal supervision) / proactive.Administrative Support.Understanding of Zoho apps - from digital to CRM & Nifty as a project management tool.Requirements:Bcom Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1 year of general marketing experience / Proven experience in marketing or a related role (internships or previous positions are beneficial).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms). Design apps: Canva, Google Workspace, LinkedIn and Facebook, Instagram, X, GMB, etc. knowledge and experience.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Enthusiasm for working in a multi-brand, collaborative environment.
