Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of our overall marketing strategy.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand awareness.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can operate both creatively and analytically, ensuring that our marketing efforts are aligned with the company's goals and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate, implement, and manage the overall marketing strategy, reporting regularly to the CEO on performance and progress. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create engaging content, including video production, tailored for B2B audiences and aligned with AI consultancy and training. Manage and optimize HubSpot for lead generation, CRM, and campaign management. Plan and execute targeted B2B campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead conversion. Oversee website management and SEO strategies to improve visibility and organic traffic. Conduct client interviews via Zoom to produce compelling testimonials and case studies. Set up and manage an affiliate marketing program to expand partnerships and reach. Collaborate with the wider team to develop and market AI-related events, courses, and products. Independently identify business challenges and opportunities, coordinating with the team to solve issues and achieve business objectives. Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to independently develop and implement marketing strategies, and report on performance at senior management level. Understanding and experience of using AI for Marketing and Content Creation Strong people skills with the ability to conduct professional-client interviews via Zoom. Experience managing HubSpot and running successful B2B marketing campaigns. Expertise in video editing and social media content creation, particularly for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Hands-on experience in website management and SEO best practices. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a start-up business environment, working under your own initiative to identify problems and opportunities, and coordinate with the team to address them.
