Red Ember recruitment is looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager for a large trendy, up-market restaurant looking to hire a dynamic, hard-working individual who is passionate about what they do.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing plans – market research, analysis, company position etc.
Company presentation - posters, pamphlets, signage, onsite branding initiatives, catalogue designs
Direct marketing – project and event management, exhibitions, attending relevant events, liaising with our sponsored partners, etc.
Networking – generating leads, closing deals and positively representing the brand.
Sales and corporate - Reaching out to corporates, hotels and tour/travel agencies for functions, business dinners.
Online and digital marketing – Social media platforms, website management, content creation and management, liaising with online partners, e-mail marketing, SEO optimization, online review portals, etc.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to budget accordingly.
Ability to work within a team and all staff on-site.
Experience in networking and building strategic, revenue-generating relationships to expand the brand.
Experience in PR development, PR events, digital PR, influencer campaigns and crisis management.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Able to take accountability.
Highly organised.
Must be able to differentiate between urgent and important tasks.
Able to solve problems and find valuable solutions.
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS Matric.
Postgraduate in Marketing/Media/Communications.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales.
Experience in the hospitality industry will be advantageous.
