Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads Manage the lead generation and conversion process through effective marketing campaigns and sales initiatives Oversee the sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Monitor and report on marketing and sales KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a track record of driving business growth Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team Excellent understanding of marketing strategies and tactics Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Experience in market research and customer insights Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent project management and organizational skills Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Flexibility to travel as needed Benefits Salary: R15000 - R18000 Training provided Flexible working hours
