Write, edit, update, and publish content on the company's corporate website and associated website(s).
Participate in the ideation and creation of social media content.
Assist with designing retailer website banners.
Assist with the planning and coordinating of marketing and publicity events (festivals, exhibitions, workshops).
Collect and collate data required by the Marketing Manager to prepare monthly  departmental management reports.
Perform marketing and publicity administration functions accurately and  within the required deadlines.
Support the marketing and publicity team's archive function by efficiently filing and storing  relevant marketing and publicity material.
Ensure all promotional material is distributed as required.
Requirements: Relevant diploma or degree with emphasis on marketing.
At least 1 year experience in  marketing in a related industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for books.
Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and excellent organization.
Time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Interest in pursuing new marketing opportunities and new ways of reaching readers, staying abreast of wider book trends.
Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Experience in Canva, In Design and Photoshop.
