Job Description Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns.
Manage and maintain the lead database.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies.
Create and schedule social media posts.
Engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages.
Analyses social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for social media and other digital channels.
Collaborate with designers and videography to create multimedia content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of lead generation and social media campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements L ead Generation: Expertise in using lead generation tools and software Ability to create and manage lead generation campaigns.
Knowledge of lead scoring and nurturing techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Social Media Marketing: Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Experience with social media management tools.
Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics.
Ability to create engaging content and multimedia.
Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills.
Ability to produce visual content (e.g., graphics, videos).
Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
Digital Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing tools Understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
Knowledge of PPC advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in lead generation and social media marketing.
Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing.
Technical Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
