Who are we: A South African-owned marketing business with a focus on the pharmaceutical and FMCG industry.Who are we looking for: A motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator to plan, organise and execute a wide range of marketing activities and events.What will you do:Plan, organise and execute company events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches and corporate meetingsDevelop and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and company initiativesCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event executionCreate and manage event budgets, timelines and logisticsDevelop promotional materials and content for events, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns and social media postsManage event registration, attendee communication and post-event follow-upConduct market research to identify new event opportunities and trendsMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and eventsAssist in the development and execution of the company's overall marketing strategyMaintain a database of event contacts and manage CRM systemsWhat do you need:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related fieldProven experience in marketing and event coordinationStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools, social media platforms)
