Market Research Analyst

Responsibilities:Database Management: Track, analyze, and maintain databases of property and land information, including new and existing developments.Research: Conduct desktop research to gather data on market trends, town planning, economic indicators, demographics, infrastructure investment, and student demands.Report Writing: Assist in compiling monthly and quarterly reports and research publications.Mapping & Analysis: Contribute to Student Accommodation Mapping, identify growth nodes, and analyze land aspects, including title deeds, zoning, and physical attributes.Liaison: Coordinate with local authorities and service providers to secure service delivery.
Engage with marketing divisions and external brokers for land sales.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Matric and a Degree/Diploma in Property Studies or related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a research role, with 2-4 years specifically in property market research.
