Market Research Analyst

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for market research and data analysis?
We are seeking a Market Research Analyst to support our Development department by managing and updating databases, conducting research, and assisting with report writing and special projects.
Responsibilities: Database Management: Track, analyze, and maintain databases of property and land information, including new and existing developments.
Research: Conduct desktop research to gather data on market trends, town planning, economic indicators, demographics, infrastructure investment, and student demands.
Report Writing: Assist in compiling monthly and quarterly reports and research publications.
Mapping & Analysis: Contribute to Student Accommodation Mapping, identify growth nodes, and analyze land aspects, including title deeds, zoning, and physical attributes.
Liaison: Coordinate with local authorities and service providers to secure service delivery.
Engage with marketing divisions and external brokers for land sales.
Qualifications & Experience: Education: Matric and a Degree/Diploma in Property Studies or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a research role, with 2-4 years specifically in property market research.
Familiarity with GIS systems is advantageous.
