2-3 years marketing experience within financial services environment

Duties & Responsibilities
Planning, co-ordination and execution of activations in line with Market Activation Framework.
Develop a thorough understanding of the business strategy and operational plan for the geographic area of responsibility.
Plan and co-ordinate the execution of vesting of points-of-presence.
Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar to support the province's strategy commensurate with the budget available.
Identify processes and recommend improvements for the sales process to be aligned to client needs.
Coordinate, administer and monitor all the logistics for programmes, activations and campaign implementation.
Collate, analyse and provide feedback and suggestions to drive innovation and improvement.
Ensure the correct marketing, promotional items, branding and campaign material is displayed and disseminated as per activation plan.
Gather, measure and provide regular feedback on client and adviser experience for improvement of service.
Assist with doing presentations to client and stakeholder groups.
Be present, participate in and ensure the effective implementation of client-facing promotions, activations and campaigns.
Understand key distribution strategies (worksite marketing) and assist with the successful implementation and support of those strategies.
Educate, encourage and engage with distribution, providing direction and recommendations in support of campaigns and growth strategies.
Seek and provide information to help the distribution channels determine its position in the marketplace.
Facilitate the train the trainer process when required. Arrange the reprinting of marketing material in line with specified requirements.
Participate in regular strategy meetings and develop new programs and initiatives that are designed to further Metropolitan's mission.
Assist branch offices with managing advertising initiatives and media plans.
