Manufacturing Ramp - Up Expert

This role will focus on enhancing production efficiency, ensuring quality control, and implementing advanced manufacturing techniques to meet the demands of our growing portfolio of modular, prefabricated, and sustainable building solution Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive ramp-up strategy for manufacturing processes. Establish capacity targets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet scaling requirements. Align production scaling with the companys project timelines and goals. Process Optimization and Technology Integration: Streamline manufacturing processes for prefabricated building components to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of building components. Supply Chain and Resource Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to secure scalable and cost-effective supply chains. Evaluate and mitigate risks related to material shortages or supplier capacity. Ensure readiness of equipment, tools, and materials for increased production volumes. Quality Assurance and Control: Develop robust quality assurance systems to maintain high standards during scaling. Address potential quality issues proactively to ensure consistency in output. Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for process issues. Workforce Development and Training: Work closely with HR and training teams to upskill current staff for new production demands. Support the recruitment of skilled personnel to handle ramp-up needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Risk Management and Troubleshooting: Identify potential bottlenecks in manufacturing and implement timely solutions. Oversee contingency planning to minimize disruptions during the ramp-up phase. Monitor and adapt to evolving regulations or compliance requirements in property construction Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. (advantageous) 5 years of experience in manufacturing ramp-up, preferably in construction, modular building, or related industries. Strong knowledge of prefabrication, modular construction techniques, and sustainability practices. Expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and advanced manufacturing technologies. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams. Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools is a plus.
