The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in construction management, business development, and a passion for the sport of Padel.
The MD will work closely with the Board of Directors and key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects, expansion of the company's market presence, and the achievement of financial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic goals, ensuring alignment with the broader vision and mission of Padel Build.Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and market expansion initiatives.Financial Oversight: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Drive profitability and growth while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team and broader workforce.
Foster a positive, results-driven company culture.Client and Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
