Should have a genuine interest in crypto and or fintech. They need to understand the FSCA, FAIS compliance and marketing of financial services. They need exposure to HR and organizational development. They need experience in overseeing legal and contractual documents. This person should consider themselves an all-rounder, midfielder, who can wear multiple hats in a single day, pivoting between functions to oversee multiple areas of the business, taking over many tasks ordinarily in the domain of CEO and COO.QualificationsDegree in either Finance, Commerce, ITA Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
