Our client in the beverage manufacturing/FMCG industry is seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director to lead their business operations and drive growth.
The role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the FMCG market, brand development, and operational excellence to steer the company towards achieving its business goals.
Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's growth objectives in the beverage sector.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and brand vision.
Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint and increase market share.
Operational Management: Drive operational efficiency across production, distribution, and supply chain functions.
Oversee the financial health of the business, managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Implement performance management systems to monitor progress and drive accountability across all departments.
Invest in team development through training, mentoring, and talent management initiatives.
Brand Growth and Marketing: Guide brand development strategies to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
