We look forward to your application!About the Role:As a Manager - Software Developer at MTN, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining reliable software solutions that enable MTN to offer exceptional services to our customers. You'll work closely with senior developers, engineering managers, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify optimization opportunities, and build scalable software that supports MTN's growth objectives. Your role will also involve collaborating with DevSecOps engineers and testers to continuously improve our processes and solutions.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality software solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.Lead projects through the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Agile or Waterfall methodologies.Actively participate in agile practices, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.Architect and implement new microservices in a containerized environment.Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements.Drive continuous improvement in software development processes by adopting automation tools and optimizing workflows.Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
