Manager: Sales - Timbercity Vereeniging

Responsibilities:Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in an effective manner and resolved.Promotions, advertising, and all public relations must be co-ordinated for the store in order to enhance the Brand's market share in line with all company procedures.Grow, develop, and build awareness of the product and service offering.Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies.Handle client queries and problem-solving.Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's product, service, and processes.Keep abreast of what competitors are doing and trends in the industry.Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.Manage sales efficiencies and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.Uphold and promote the company values and culture.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sales, marketing, and field.Relevant industry knowledge and experience.Relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, and/or technical field will be advantageous.Must have a valid driver's license.
