Requirements: Grade 12/National Senior Certificate is required. Valid driver's license. Business Management qualification or relevant qualification will be advantageous. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Retail Store Manager is required. Retail experience managing multiple stores would be beneficial. Excellent communication, organisational and strategy skills. Leadership and decision-making ability.
Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all business operations are conducted in accordance with the company standard. Oversee and coordinate business operations of the retail store to achieve financial goals and operational targets. Influence team members to be customer oriented, effective, productive and knowledgeable. Build constructive and effective relationships with multiple departments and stakeholders. Ability to identify areas for performance improvement. Partnering with the Sales and Marketing division to support, validate and strategize marketing initiatives and events. Development and implementing of possible new business ventures. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill to positively impact business. Assist managing both the Henwil Chickens Retail Store as well as the Galito's section.
