Purpose Statement To contribute towards an optimal and consistent client experience for Capitec Bank clients through: Developing, embedding and driving quality assurance principles and standards across all client interaction points, in line with regulatory frameworks and requirements. Managing the team of consultants responsible for measuring and enhancing compliance to quality standards. Experience Minimum: 3 - 5 years' proven experience in Quality Management / Client Interaction Management / Client Experience environment. 2 years' experience in managing a team. Ideal: 5+ years' proven experience in Quality Management / Client Interaction Management / Client Experience environment. 2+ years' experience in managing / leading a team of specialists within an Agile environment. Business banking experience. Qualifications (Minimum) Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Economic and Management Sciences. Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) Honours Degree in Business Management or Economic and Management Sciences. Knowledge Minimum: Deep understanding of Quality Assurance knowledge as it relates to Client Experience. Client Experience principles (voice of the client, Treating the Client Fairly - TCF) and client journey mapping. Financial Services industry (systems, processes, products, etc.). Stakeholder engagement and relationship building. Data and Analytics. Relevant legislation. Ideal: Technology and banking. Knowledge on product development life cycle. Banking systems and digital banking channels. Client Experience and Quality Assurance reporting. Business case development. Agile Practices. Skills Analytical Skills. Communications Skills. Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook). Influencing Skills. Problem solving skills. Conditions of Employment Clear criminal and credit record.
