Business Segment: Personal & Private BankingLocation: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Simmonds Street 5Responsible for taking inbound demand (e.g., general banking, card service, home loans, Biz Direct, Segment Banking, Self Service Banking, email, VAF, limits and authorisations, origination, sales, lost or stolen card cancellations) from clients (e.g., email, telephone, letter, social media, etc.) to sense what problems clients want resolved in order to improve the capability of response.Minimum QualificationsBCom in Business Commerce ORStrong Call Centre Management experienceExperience Required5-7 years of experience within a call Centre environment in a leadership capacityStrong understanding of banking products and servicesContact Centre management and operations, previous branch and operations experience and experience in providing Intermediary Services and Advice.
