Business Segment: Personal & Private BankingLocation: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Simmonds Street 5Responsible for taking inbound demand (e.g., general banking, card service, home loans, Biz Direct, Segment Banking, Self Service Banking, email, VAF, limits and authorisations, origination, sales, lost or stolen card cancellations) from clients (e.g., email, telephone, letter, social media, etc.)
