Role Overview:
Your primary function as the Manager: People Shared Service Centre is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services Centre, ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of HR services to employees. This role involves managing a team, optimizing HR processes, and driving continuous improvement to support organizational goals and enhance employee satisfaction. This is a new area, and so the incumbent will be responsible for building the team and the function within Derivco.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of HR services, including benefits administration, employee data management, and HR inquiries. Ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Analyze and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of service. Implement best practices and ensure consistent application across the Shared Services Centre.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience, ensuring that HR services meet the needs of employees and contribute to overall satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. Monitor and report on key performance metrics and service levels to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with HR business partners, line managers, and other stakeholders to address service issues, provide insights, and support HR initiatives.
Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as system implementations, process improvements, and policy updates. Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure successful delivery.
Skills and Experience:
Key Qualifications and Experience:
8 Years experience in a senior HR role in Shared Services or similar role.
Knowledge of all HR practices:
