Job Title: Production ManagerAre you an experienced manager with +- 10 years of experience in the steel fabrication/manufacturing sector with a good knowledge of quality systems and production processes?Then our client - who is a mining equipment manufacturer - wants to hear from you today!Duties & ResponsibilitiesManaging production processes.Manage Quality systems (ISO 9001).Take full responsibility for all production lines.Ensure maximum production without jeopardizing quality.Do preventative maintenance to make sure production targets are met.Continuous improvement of facility and development and training of all subordinates.Ensure that all safety standards are maintained and adhered to at all times.Managing staff.Desired Experience & Qualification+- 10 years of experience in a managerial role coming from production.Package & RemunerationR 60 000 - R 90 000 ctc per month (depending on experience and qualification).
