This individual will oversee all aspects of the non-profit's operations, including program development, fundraising, marketing, financial management, and community relations. The role demands a commitment to ethical leadership, transparency, and community engagement, aiming to create sustainable, positive impacts in the communities served.Position:Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility Non-profit OrganizationLocation:On site in Parktown, JohannesburgKey Performance Areas:Strategic Planning and Leadership:Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with both the non-profit's mission and the parent company's CSR objectives.Lead the organization towards achieving its short-term and long-term goals while ensuring financial health and operational efficiency.Represent the organization in all professional business capacities, enhancing its public image and expanding community awareness and support.Program Development and Management:Design, implement, and evaluate programs that fulfill the organization's mission and respond to community needs.Ensure programs are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the broader CSR strategy of the parent company.Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously assess and address community needs and program impact.Fundraising and Financial Management:Develop and execute a fundraising strategy to secure grants, donations, and other sources of funding.Oversee financial management, including budget planning, resource allocation, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Cultivate strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to support the organization's financial health and programmatic goals.Marketing and Communication:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to enhance visibility, support fundraising, and engage the community.Utilize various platforms, including social media, to promote the organization's activities, achievements, and needs.Ensure consistent and effective branding and messaging across all channels and materials.Community Engagement and Partnership Development:Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and the parent company to enhance the non-profit's reach and impact.Engage in advocacy and public speaking to raise awareness and support for the organization's causes.Partner with other organizations and stakeholders to maximize resource sharing and program effectiveness.Compliance and Governance:Ensure the organization adheres to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards applicable to non-profit operations.Work closely with the board of directors to ensure governance practices are transparent, ethical, and aligned with the mission.Maintain accurate records and reporting to support decision-making and demonstrate accountability to stakeholders.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.Experience:Proven experience in non-profit management, CSR, or related field (may be an advantage).Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.Excellent communication, fundraising, and financial management abilities.Deep understanding of community needs and non-profit sector challenges.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Highly computer literate.Good organizational skills.Behavioural Qualities:Good communication skills (verbal and written).
