Our client in the Healthcare sector is seeking to employ a Manager: Occupational Health Clinic who will be responsible for planning, monitoring, coordinating, and overseeing the Occupational Health Clinic, including managing health and safety programs for the Group and client organizations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: BCur Nursing degree/diploma in General Nursing.
BTech Certificate in Occupational Health Nursing.
Business Management qualification advantageous.
Dispensing License.
Current South African Nursing Council (SANC) registration mandatory.
Expert knowledge of the, Mine Health and Safety Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO/IEC 17020-201.
Certificate in audiometry, spirometry, and vision screening.
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Occupational Health.
Minimum Job Requirements: Conduct regular inspections of the clinic to ensure compliance with protocols, security measures, a safe patient environment, policies, procedures, and the Group's patient care standards.
Educate and inform clients, patients, and other clinic users about the Group's complaints procedure and the "The Voice" patient experience platform.
Establish mutually beneficial relationships with doctors and other professionals to meet patient needs and enhance the quality of patient care.
Collaborate with the Nursing team within the Group to identify and implement actions that improve service quality and resolve issues within the unit.
Contribute to creating a culture of internal and external customer service excellence by fostering positive relationships and providing opportunities for feedback and outstanding service.
Implement processes that promote service delivery excellence and encourage others to consistently provide exceptional service.
Provide education and raise awareness on Occupational Health matters, including legislation, health hazards, risk control, safety, and overall health.
