Job Purpose: As our Mineral Resources Manager, your primary goal will be to manage and enhance our Mineral Resources Management function within the Business Unit. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our value chain from resource extraction through to market delivery. By applying your expertise in Technical improvements, Operational excellence, and Mineral Resource Management principles, you will drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth.
EXPERIENCE: 
 8-10 years Experience in geology, mining or plant operations of which at least 5 years' experience within Mine Planning and Mineral Resources Management environment (Essential/Minimum)
REQUIREMENTS:  Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)Engineering Council of SA (PrEng) (Essential/Minimum or)SA Council for Prof & Technical Surveyor (Essential/Minimum or)SA Council for Natural Scientific Prof (Essential/Minimum or)SA Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (Essential/Minimum)Duties & Responsibilities
