They collaborate with management teams and executives to scale their businesses, gain liquidity, and complete strategic acquisitions with a collaborative investment thesis. They use their extensive deal flow sources to identify synergistic opportunities for growth.
They collaborate with investment bankers, M&A advisors, business brokers, accountants, lawyers, lenders, and other business intermediaries to identify opportunities and execute transactions. They pay success fees to companies working on the buyside or to those who refer a company to them.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives for our private equity firm.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the firm's brand visibility, investor relations, and overall market presence.
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Pacific Time Rate in USD: $8 Rate in Local Currency: 24,500- 25,298 ZAR monthly Responsibilities: Branding and Positioning: Develop and execute strategies to position the firm as a leader in private equity.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Manage the production of high-quality marketing collateral and thought leadership content.
Deal Marketing: Collaborate with deal teams to create marketing materials for potential investment opportunities.
Market teasers and other information to owners looking to sell.
Digital Presence: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and potential operators to run new portfolio companies Provide insights to inform investment strategies and marketing approaches Requirements: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
